That is basically all I can think of, aside from two book mods featuring works by/about Lovecraft: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=753 and http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1348.

After a quick search, I also came up with http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1348 which adds the book 'Cult of Cthulhu' to the game as well as some other occult stories

and also the http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1831 by Edward J. Dobrianski which adds many new unique places to a landmass west of Vvardenfell including the 'tomb of Cthulhu'. I haven't tried it myself so I don't know if I can recommend it but I just downloaded it anyway so we'll see. There are no new models or textures in this one though.
