So how many days until our little 20 days finish, just for the sake of keeping track.

Guys, if they aren't working on ESV, what are they working on?? Another Fallout? Nope. Another Prey, which was recently trademarked by Zenimax? Nope, as that would probably go to id and it was recently trademarked, meaning they didn't start working on it a long time ago. The only other option, is ESV and a completely new title. Which one do you really think it is? ESV, of course.

Agreed.
They could be working on these:
That big wii game they mentioned earlier. I'm not too worried about this. Even if they're developing it, not publishing, they could still work on ES V at the same time.
A new Fallout. I'd go ahead and say that this is not the case.
Elder Scrolls V. I think this is what they're working on. With the books being made, it seems to be quite likely. And this gives me hope:
09/22/2009 EXTENSION 4 GRANTED
09/03/2009 EXTENSION 4 FILED
09/22/2009 CASE ASSIGNED TO INTENT TO USE PARALEGAL
09/03/2009 TEAS EXTENSION RECEIVED
A different title. Unlikely, but possible.

Not big by any means. It's just Wheelspin and Medieval Games that they're publishing.

Does anyone here think that maybe it will be announced tomorrow at the VGAs? I read this article, and just couldn't stop thinking Elder Scrolls V.

Is Bethesda going to be present at the VGAs? Does anyone have a list of the developers and publishers that will be present? I agree with Echelon that when I read that article, Bethesda certainly came to mind with comments like "even some game worlds". Hopefully we'll get to see something big from Bethesda that isn't some darned game they're publishing and promoting.

That article is what I'm basing my hopes on too. I don't think there's a list of the developers attending though, that would ruin the surprise.

But what could be "the biggest thing in the show?" If Spike considers it bigger than Halo: Reach, it must be REALLY awesome. Maybe another COD title, but I'll be really disappointed if that's the case.

I googled for a list and could find nothing. I suppose there is not a list.

It could be a lot of things. You never know, really. I certainly hope we see Bethesda with TES V there. Of course, with that announcement we would definitely receive some information on the website as well, along with screenshots and the like. Probably even a video.

Also: When are the VGAs? Tomorrow?

I can't imagine why you wouldn't want crossbows, many people were upset that they were left out of Oblivion. I really hope they bring back more weapons, armors, etc.

I think that's what he meant by "crossbow crap". As in, "I don't want anything to happen like what happened with crossbows. That was crap."

Halo is overrated.

To us fantasy folks maybe, but it's the big sci-fi videogame of the last few system generations, so... it must be doing something right.

Well yes, I'm not saying it's a terrible game but it is too over-done. Everything has a beginning and an end. I think the time for the end has come.

Overrated, and thus "the biggest thing in the show".

Yet to their publishers and marketers, "the end" is defined as whenever they can no longer sustain its profitability. That could very well be a long time from now.
