What is Is Curated Modding?

Does that mean collected mods that are screened, and exhaustively tested with the intention to them release on the console platforms as a Bethesda product?

Hi, Zanderat! I don't think anybody knows anything about Fallout 4 at this point. We don't even know for sure that it's being worked on, as far as I know.
