Okay, this was unexpected. I'm playing a new character and have been traveling around with Curie. After completing the Initial Brotherhood quest to find the deep range transmitter I refused to join the Brotherhood, and got the "Curie disliked that" message. Anyone know why that may be other than her desire to learn about everything?

She appreciates men of science. that's what the brotherhood are, whether you agree with their military decisions or not.

Yeah, she likes when when you join the BoS, but she hates it if you kill the Rail Road, and she seems indifferent towards the Institute.
