Curie after completing the emergent behavior quest is not able to be used as a companion, she is at my settlement but when you interact with her she does not have any dialog options like trade or follow. I can not add her as a companion, I have tried disabling and enabling her and I have tried resetting her. is there a command to set her as the active follower?
