whist in pinewatch i discovered two candlesticks and a curious silver mold and i cant get rid of it because its a quest item appently, what should i do with it?

It's a quest item related to the Thieves Guild. Just keep it, I guess. Quest items have no weight.

Yup, for a "special quest". So, are you already in the faction?
I don't know if the quest will just auto-complete after talking to the client, since you've got the mold.

When I found it I was excited and went to look for a smelter. When I found a smelter I was disappointed because I wasn't able to use the mold to make candlesticks by myself.
