Alright. As I am really close to pulling my hair out over either my inability to properly use a search function, or the disappearance of what I'm looking for, I come to you for help.

I just borrowed Oblivion on pc from my friend, and I want to dl a couple of mods to start. One is the Curse of Hircine Resurrected: Symphony... The other is OBSE 1.9, which I apparently need to run the other mod. I have found the Hircine mod on tesnexus, but am unable to find the obse mod. I have looked on planet elderscrolls, tesnexus, and here. I am at a loss.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry to sound like such an idiot, but I'm losing my mind over here.
