I am making this thread on the memory I have of the different choices there are in the character creation screen. I hope what I'm about to say isn't already in the game, otherwise I will look like a fool now won't I.

Basically I was wondering if there is a mod out there to expand the amount of choices you get when making your character. What I am mainly looking for is a tattoo or scar that runs straight down the center of my character's face to symbolize his dual personalities. I really want someone with this disorder because I like to play as the good guy, but I also want justification when going after Daedric artifacts and doing other misdeeds. As far as roleplaying goes I can get the best of both worlds this way. I know the tattoo/scar on the face isn't necessary to roleplay that out, but to me it is icing on the cake. I really go for symbolic stuff. All this is assuming that that character creation choice isn't already in the game though...

There's a ton of plugins for that mod that adds face paints and tattoos. (Unfortunately, they seem to be mostly for female characters.) They work for guys, too. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48346/? seems to have something you might be looking for (second image, bottom left).

If you have the knowhow you can make an overlay yourself.
