I'm curious whats the best stat allocation with this build?

I'm going for an evil vampire, striking with poisoned blades from the shadows, fighting almost unnoticed. Once I'm drawn out I plan on unleashing devastating magic to destroy my enemies. The whole premise is that my character is innately evil; dishonesty, murder, looting and stealing are his way of life. I want to create an assasin based class that represents this well, yet I'm unsure how to allocate my attributes from leveling to make the most of this build.
