I've managed to get the skeleton.nif file to where i could animate it and export it into fallout 3 without many problems. But when i try to use the biped character in 3ds max 09 it doesn't work. Keep in mind that all the names are the same as the skeleton.nif but yet it doesn't seem to work even know i use the same process. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks.
generally the biped is converted to bones for export. niftools doesn't support max's biped. Read the max tutorials concerning biped/skeleton/animation, in there somewhere, biped to bones is covered.
