Custom follower dialogue issues

Hello! I'm brand new to modding. I wanted to make a custom follower with new dialogue.

I have recorded four each of unique infos for hellos, goodbyes, timetogo, and a few other miscellaneous topics in audacity and cleaned them up. In the CK, I have created my custom follower and she works fine using the default even toned voice.

This is where everything stopped working perfectly.

I created the quest for dialogue and select the miscellaneous tab, and added a new topic (hello). Then I added a new info under that topic. The response is just a basic, "Hello there."

I always get the first info working without a hitch. It's when I try to add a second info under the hello topic that everything goes nuts. Let's say the second info is a response that says, "Good to see you!" It will populate a unique file name from the earlier info, "Hello there." When I add the sound file, however, it overwrites the old info sound file no matter what. Now I have two infos with different response text but the same audio file (both say, "Good to see you!" when you listen to them).

I have used the CK's default recorder as well as swapping files directly in the data/sounds/etc folder on different attempts.

I'm not allowed to post links, but if you do a google search you can see the tutorials I have followed:
Deck16 Making a Unique Voiced Follower in Skyrim (parts 1-4)
Nexus Forums Tutorial Adding Custom Voice Even If The CK Won't
Creation Kit dot Com Adding Voice Intermediate Tutorial
Wiki Tesnexus Voice Acting: A Complete Guide
    Plus some youtube video tutorials.

I'm terrible at explaining things, so I apologize if this isn't as clear as it should be. I have tried so many tutorials and started from scratch three or four times. I'm getting discouraged and desperately want help.
