I actually managed to make faction specific armor, or at least armor with faction specific textures, and they all relatively unique and all, and are mostly functioning properly- all in all mostly pleased I feel it drastically adds to the feeling of faction specific conflict... There is only one single problem.
There is one helmet that covers the head entirely which seems to work just fine for argonians and khajiits, cause it replaces the entire head when worn preventing issues. However the other helmet which is a retextured version of the classic horned helmet that you see here on the forums right now, when worn by khajiits or argonians it clips right through the face, and it looks horrible. On any other race everything works as intended. I assumed it would be a relatively simple process as I simply made a retextured version of a default helmet, not a new shape or mesh or anything. I know the very basics of armor add ons, and retexturing, I even made a new type of creature with a unique texture, but I'm stumped on this.
Is there something I missed? Is there something I must alter with the armor addons or something to make it not glitch with beast races?
