Custom NPC Not Showing

Post » Tue Mar 15, 2011 1:52 am

I'm using the construction set tutorial on wiki, and I'm trying to add a custom NPC to my game. For now, I'm using the Oak and Crosier tutorial mod, trying to add an NPC to that cellar. I'm following the steps in the section about adding a dungeon boss to add my NPC. The NPC is simply not appearing, and I cannot figure out why.

I appreciate any help.

Excuse me, but I couldn't find a tutorial like you described. I did, however, find two different tutorials, in which http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/A_beginner%27s_guide,_lesson_2_-_Creating_a_room and the other one is about http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Basic_NPC_Creation_Tutorial
Whatever tutorial you are using, the NPC should show up if you've placed it in where you want it to be. Make sure it doesn't have an AI package that tells it to leave somewhere.

I'm sorry that I wasn't very clear. Those are the two separate tutorials that I am looking at, but I wanted to add an NPC to the the Oak and Crosier, so to do so, I followed the instructions under adding a dungeon boss as far as creating the NPC. When I added my NPC to the Oak and Crosier cellar, the NPC wasn't appearing in the game. The only packages he has are to eat and sleep.
