I'm trying to add further support for Custom Race mods to TRN One of the Gang, and I find that I'll need the formID of every single race that I want to support.

My difficulty is that I have a pretty low cap on my internet data usage (I know what a joke), and I cannot download all the race mods I would like to be able to without exceeding it. The downloads are large for the information that I need from them. All I need is the .esp name and the formID.
I was wondering if there is a list or compilation of custom race formIDs in existance, it could save me drip-downloading 5-6 race mods a month for a number of months.

Not an option I'm afraid, I live in an area that has only got one service provider.

You can request someone to export the formIDs of the ones they use, using Bash.
