There seem to be absolutely no tutorials or information on how to set up a custom voiced inn keeper, loads of tutorials on setting up an inn keeper, but not a voiced one.

I can set up a non custom voiced inn keeper with no problem, but am trying to figure out by looking at vanilla inn keepers how to set up my voiced one. I have the dialog implemented already and followed how the vanilla ones are set up...

My NPC is set with the correct script and in the correct factions. What am I missing? I need to put these lines of dialog in the vanilla rent quest yes? Or create a new quest with the same script? Any help is much appreciated, I am so close to getting this mod done.
