Cyrodil Population Mods

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 4:17 am

Can anyone recommend some mods that increase Cyrodil's population?

I would think there would be more people traveling and in the cities. Guard Patrols too.

I haven't made a post on city populations, but I discussed in detail a few different mods that add more life to the roads of Cyrodiil on http://matthewkaine.blogspot.com/2011/04/living-roads.html.

Thanks! Be sure to take a look at the rest of the blog as well. I cover a pretty wide variety of stuff.

Also of note is the "Extended City" series, like http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19473.

Haha, don't worry, it's most definitely on my to-do list.

And by the way, http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32248 is a compilation of all of the old Extended City mods along with a few bug fixes and additions to the cities that were previously left out.

Just recently installed extended skingrad, really like it, had to use tcl once during a thieves guild-quest since it was a book I needed that suddenly had a pile of rocks over it.
It somewhat clashes with vampire district too but vampire district has tunnels anyway, those two mods simply put stuff in roughly the same area, hard to see how they eventually would be fully compatible,so I go with skingrad expanded of those two above ground, and tunnels for vampire district (access to a few cool shops basically).

Oh snap! Missed that one.

Also worth checking out I suppose are Jadrax's Imperial City Apartments mods. I haven't tried them myself yet, and I'm not sure if they work together, since it appears that all three add an apartment building to the Temple District. But each adds about 7 NPCs to the IC with their own schedules.
