Daedra and their quest line

So I was wondering, what makes all the daedric quest daedric? The daedric quest are just a bunch of scattered quest and what qualifies them to be daedric instead of side quests?

You do them for a Daedric Prince and receive a daedric artifact?

Am wondering why i have a quest in BIGGER TEXT then the other quests in my questlog? I "think" its a daedric quest, speak with a Lob and follow a talking dog somewhere..

and with bigger then the other i mean bigger then the other "non-misc" quest's.

I thought so but there is no side quest that you serve a daedric prince?
