Was there any doubt? I wonder if frost atronachs are daedra again, doubt they change back into non-daedra, but I still wonder.

It's like saying there will be swords in Skyrim. They were in every TES game, they will make a return.

Daedra were never on the fence about being in the game. Daedra are a staple in all TES games.

People tend to like reassurance about things that have importance to them. I think the general cause for all the Daedra inquiries is simply as follows: a lot of people really love/enjoy/are fascinated by The Daedra, and really want to see them in all the ES games. When no Daedra are immediately confrirmed. . . they start looking for confirmation. That simple. You couple this with the fact that, in the wake of Oblivion there have been some false starters and false rumours about Nirn having become impenetrable to all Daedra (not true), and the fact that some features are being removed from the games, and people start to worry that one of their favourite NPC types might be going somewhere. I am certainly glad for conformation that they are not, as unlikely as the notion of the being absent was. :obliviongate:

Of coarse Daedra will be in Skyrim. There hasn't been any TES game that hasn't included Daedra. It's a staple of the series.
Still doesn't confirm Dremora.

Well..no, it doesn't. But Dremora aren't the only Daedra.
And Sparrowhawk/Ged, you're just spamming at this point. It's getting pretty irritating. I'm reporting you, since the only thing you've done on this forum is spam that same post in every thread you post in.

I would hope to have an opportunity to see at least all of the Daedra types we have encountered before in Elder Scrolls (and hopefully some expansioons, and more information in lore books on Daedra), even if for many of them it is only as summons or at shrines.

I can't remember, but did the Oblivion gates open in only Cyrodiil or all over Tamriel? It'd be cool to see ancient (200 year old) closed gates which Skyrim's nature has overrun. Perhaps small towns built around them? Purely for looks and just a neat idea.

I never had any doubt myself, indeed, I'd have been surprised if it turned out the Daedra WEREN'T included, but at least this way, we have something more than assumptions to show if someone asks "Will there be Daedra in Skyrim?" again.

That is a gnarly idea. Who knows.. I'll be looking out for the elusive Xivilai. These guys intrigued me while playing IV.

All over Tameriel, and possibly all over Nirn. It was a full scale invasion, not just an invasion of the central kingdom of The Empire.

I vote strongly for the presence of both Aureal and Mazkan. They are both glorious and special.

Indeed. Their armor would also make good top-tier light armor.

I'd also like to see Knights of Order, now that Jyggalag is free.

I don't know why some people even make a deal about things like this. Not having daedra in a TES game...well...it wouldn't be a TES game!
