Daedras' Domains and Aspects of Nirn

It's been established that the Daedra didn't take part in the Convention, and so had no part in the creation of Nirn. If that's the case, then why do the Daedra have anything to do with mortal concepts? For example, why is Azura associated with the twilight even though she had nothing to do with creating either night or day?

So this theory goes, Daedra should be completely incomprehensible, without relating to any Nirnian concepts at all. But they do, and I'm not sure why.

Aedras created just material world, Daedras for most parts represent just certein concepts like , madness, rebelion, luck, backstabbing and so on, thouse concepts existed before the creation of mundus, Divines didn't creat mortals, mortals are in TES much downgraded spirit that comes from the same sorce as both Daedras and Divine
