Daedric Runes?

First of all, I'll try to write my question as nicely and legibly as it is possible, but it’s difficult because I have to collect my thoughts. So, as far as we know there is no such a thing as daedric grammar or vocabulary in TES universe, there’s only an alphabet. Due to its vast usage in enchantments (almost all scrolls, as well as some weapons and clothes, consists of daedric letters), I presume it’s slightly connected with the magic. Now, daedric alphabet gives unique name for each letter (Ayem is A, Bedt is B, Cess is C and so on) what is similar to runic symbols – again we have magic connection. So, here comes two questions for all of you:

1: Do the single daedric letter (not in a word) have capability to store any magical properties in itself?
2: (if the answer for the first question was positive) Is it possible to make daedric runic stones or anything similar?

edit.
Ok, I've read at The Imperial Library site that daedric runes doesn't really exist.
It's not "Daedric runes"

Real runes were designed by nations who had no knowledge of paper. They were meant to be carved on stone or wood, not written. As a result, the runes:

* had to contain only straight lines - no curves, no loops
* contained no horizontal lines, so that the wood is not split accidentally while carving
* had small number of strokes.

It's pretty apparent that the Daedric alphabet fits neither requirement.

However, can it be anything like Ayleid Runes?

In Battlespire, there were "Runes of power" placed in doorways to block passage, and you needed the same shaped key to pass them. The shapes of these "Runes" and keys were that of the Daedric letters. (In face, that was the first occurrence of them, as they were not seen in either Arena or Daggerfall.)
