Dag213 patch for Vista 64 bit

Is there a 64 bit version of the patch for daggerfall?

No, and you won't need one. Daggerfall only works correctly on versions of Windows that can run DOS programs correctly (Win98 and lower) or DOSbox. There are a few install threads around here. They're the best place to start.
