So I used to have Daggerfall...that computer crashed, lost everything on it, wouldn't work anymore. Got a new computer that has Vista on it. Old Daggerfall disc ceased to be functional long ago (too many scratches and other mishaps). I was wondering before I even attempt to buy Daggerfall on ebay etc. if it's even possible to install/play Daggerfall on Vista. Note that I don't have a lot of DOSBox experience and would rather opt for the Daggerfall Installer thing...so will this be possible on Vista?

DOSBox is the only decent choice for Windows Vista machines.

You could go for some PC emulator and install old regular DOS (if you still own it) into the emulator, but that's a lot more complicated than DOSBox.

I play Daggerfall on Vista with DOSbox. To be honest, it really is easy to intall Daggerfall with DOSbox, just follow the pinned instructions... can't have taken me longer than 10 minutes and I have next to no DOSbox experience.

Okay cool...then I'll definitely start looking around on ebay/Amazon. Whee!
