What if I get a large loan from a region, leave that region, and never return? any consequences elsewhere?(never repay)

I don't believe there are any repercussions in any of the other regions, but as I recall the loans really aren't all that large and you'll be arrest-on-sight in the whole region.

I have a question as well. How do I get bill of credits or what ever the paper money is called.

Kind of hard to explain it, but I would try.

In order for one to get Letter of Credits, the bank must look into ya account. In other words, how much money one have deposit in the bank. Ya are limited to how much money can be obtain into Credit via how much money ya Deposit with administrative charge.

So if ya have somewhere around 111,000 gold and want to change it to the maximum amount for credit, ya deposit that gold in a bank and withdraw it into Credit with a extra charge of 1%. Ya would get 100,000 gold in return as credit.
