For some reason today, I went in to Daggerfall Metalworks and sold my loot, had a dagger repaired, and when I step outside and save, the game promptly crashes.

So after a few times of this happening and messing around with what I'm doing, I find that any time I have my weapon being repaired, I cannot save without the following error happening:

Daggerfall has encountered an internal error at 1000.
The error reported was: Failed internal check 14.
Exiting...

Is this a known problem? If not, any speculations?

If you wait until your weapon is repaired and then pick it back up, are you able to save afterward?

EDIT: Turns out I maaay have forgotten to patch the game...


...that fixed it.
