Ya mean like moving the mouse cursor in general? Try Ctrl+f10.

If using mouse as viewing mechanism, Go to main menu (Esc button), Click Controls, then Mouse, then click the View option in the mouse control.

Not sure what you're asking here. What Qawsed Asap is saying is for changing the controls to mouse view. If that's what you want to do, you need to press Escape while playing the game (ie past the main menu and character creation stuff).

Is he running in a windowed DosBox? I know that at least on my system, the mouse doesn't work for Daggerfall unless DoxBox is in full-screen mode. If so, Alt-Enter will pop the mode to fullscreen and the cursor should work fine then.

Pressing CTRL+F10 fixes the mouse for windowed DOSBox.
