This happened before but I wrote it off as a bug and stoped playing the game. I came back to it recently and started a new character and after playing the game for a bit the game started freezing up onme again.

I'm a lvl 7 Breton and whenever I turn in a quest my game freezes up also whenever I ask an npc the "any news?" dialog option same thing occurs.
