Daggerfall, remade, or re-engineered?

id love to see Daggerfall remade with modern tech...with additional features, quests, etc...

heck id even settle for a $10 or $15 re-release of Daggerfall on CD that would work flawlessly on Windows 7.

Daggerfall was the best of the best in the Elder Scrolls series...

I wouldn't want to see Daggerfall remade, but I wouldn't object to a Daggerfall-styled RPG even if it isn't my cup of tea. I really loved Daggerfall but the huge generated world felt very samey very quickly, and I think that problem would be even more acute with better graphics.

what i loved about Daggerfall was...you could literally walk across the land ALL DAY (in real time) and never get to the other side of the map, not even close.

Quests were abundant (though maybe repetitive), they were endless. Such great quests for the Thieves guild, etc...

The world felt truly massive.

Oblivion felt...well...small to me. Morrowind I think felt larger.
