Daggerfall revisited? : V

An interview with Todd Horward just hit the OXM website. Near the end, he says that he'd like to give Daggerfall and/or Sentinel a makeover, current-gen style. Here's the paragraph in question:

There's good news too if your interest in the Elder Scrolls dates back to 1996 and Daggerfall: Howard would love to treat elements of the second instalment to a makeover. "I'd like to see the city of Daggerfall redone, or Sentinel. Daggerfall should be on a giant bluff, overlooking the Iliac Bay, and we just couldn't pull it off well then."

What do you think this means? In a past interview, someone other than him said that they were open to the idea of revisiting past provinces in future games. Do you believe it to be possible for Bethesda to go back to High Rock, or head to Hammerfell in The Elder Scrolls VI ?

Maybe some day there will be a Tribunal-style expansion for Skyrim. You know, where we just get to travel to the capital and maybe some terrain very close by. That would be awesome, but it's really just speculation. I doubt we will see anything like that in the principal release of Skyrim.

I'd hope for the city being in a DLC/Expansion, Similar to Tribunal with Mournhold. I'm not completely against revisiting an area in a sequel but I'd just really like to visit a new land each time due to so much being unexplored.
