Basically, I'm looking for a leveling mod that simply gives me a set of attribute points to distribute freely whenever I level up. If such a mod exists, I haven't been putting in the right keywords to find this.

I know Oblivion XP does this, but I still like the Elder Scrolls style of leveling skills through use. There isn't an easy way to jury rig Oblivion XP to quash the XP-based system and use Fundament to level my skills, is there?
