I tried running Daggerfall with DOSbox the same way I did with Windows XP, but it didin't work, so what do you do for the game to work with Vista, if possible?

I used http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=95645 and ran DOSbox .63, with no success...

Don't use a 4-5 year old version of DOSBox. A lot of improvements have been made during that time. Also run DOSBox in administrator mode.
