Before you shout at me for posting this here, I have already searched a long time for a fix for this but I only find stuff about "The Void".

Whenever I try to swim my character just gets stuck at the place he's standing at. I just can't move or move just really slow, like a centimeter every 30 seconds.
Sometimes I even drown!
Has anyone else encountered this glitch before? It happens on every character I have and I have even reinstalled and patched the game.
