Just a simple question for a noob like I,
How do I change or edit DR rating on armours so it show through pipboy and game play?

Why?

I downloaded a armour mod for the raider that leave them a little too expose and their armour DR is too high for my liking.

I know what the author/s trying to do but I want to change it to suit me.
