Why the Hell did Besthesda not add a way to call a Bloody Horse!!

Every time I need my Horse back I need to Fast Travel somewhere??? Not only does this defeat the purpose of having a horse, but they should know that alot of their fan base hates fast Travelling! WTF IS THIS!

I'm more surprised they haven't fixed the horse AI since Oblivion. It's kinda annoying when my horse gets in the way of my attacks, why would the horse even fight with me in the first place?

And they should stay where they are.. I don't want to have to lose my horse because I got of to see a tower for a few seconds...

I have this on PC and Console.

PC isn't a bother thanks to Console commands but when I'm using my Xbox it really annoys me..
