Project management support?

So, you'll come to my house and look after the twins, and cook and clean and go to work for me so I can mod?

Sounds wonderful! :D

Oh, your cavernously exploring dentist hit a raw nerve, did he?

and fargoth about local anaesthesia (excuse, if spelling is off, almost in-excusable, I know ... but almost inevitable for foreign linguists, for some of those rare and complex words)

Might, if the un-prunable rewards were promising ... but sounds like you need 'made' services more than I can offer, with 'I-Mage-ination' talents

and 2nd part of the Q?

P.S.:
I'm currently un-employed of sorts, leisure-time up for grabs, if the incentive sounds good; but modding experience limited to very simplistic .... my greatest achievement so-far, a 1-Handed summonnable staff, instead of the default Bound-Mace ...

Your turn, to choose:
Was I?:
A) bragging, or
B ) complaining

2nd edit:.... mhh, those smily icons, don't know how to overrule, but, B ) the extra space works

I'm having a weird -- if kind of funny -- problem with the wedding dresses in this mod. (I've seen a reference to a maid outfit, but I haven't gotten that far, so I don't know if that'll give me trouble, too.)

Namely, they make me look naked.

It's like the dress is entirely transparent, or something. The inventory icon has the little square around it, indicating that it's being worn, and other clothes are removed to make room for it, but the character doesn't actually look like she's wearing anything. Not even in the little picture in the inventory menu. While I'm sure Arnand appreciates this, does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using both Better Bodies and Better Clothes, if it makes a difference, and TLG is loading after both of them.

Oh, and I almost forgot: this is a fun mod. :) I've giggled more than a few times.

I think most BB dresses take the left ankle slot - are you wearing stock game boots with them, or any other item which might use this slot?

Aha, that worked! I took off my big fuzzy boots that I've spent the game tromping around in, and now the dresses show up. Thanks.

I wonder if that's some sort of savegame corruption? Reason I ask is that other people have reported similar but it's only when reloading a savegame and it's a different activator every time. All activators are present: makes me suspect that it's just not picking up on them for some reason. Have you added, removed or otherwise changed any mod in your load order since starting with Arnie?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in replying, work hasn't given me time to do much, then I just plain forgot about it until I tried playing again the other day...

I am not quite sure the first time, so this past weekend I started a new character, and work his way through the ebonheart part. After leaving Arnie, I hit a store then saved and reloaded right after, and got the same error.

Your children's children will appreciate it.

Since I don't want to advocate children having children, I thought that it would be best to finally DL this & check it out. I am having a blast so far with this -- I just got as far as meeting Evie & had the same "crash/talk to her right away upon restart" problem that everybody has reported so far, but other than that no problems to speak of...

I've been ... well, slacking isn't the right word ... I've released four mods for Oblivion in about as many weeks, and one for Morrowind and got most of the way through another. Oh, and I've been moderating some forum or other ... right bunch of heathens there, honestly, you wouldn't believe the-

Oh.

Not sure if this is fixable without MWSE, but when you sit down in the inn you have to requip your trousers once you stand up.

Dunno - but it's been part of the Morrowind experience since the Dwemer Sky Glider mod came out in ... 2002? ... so it probably ain't gonna change any time soon.

This was quite funny. Because I play a male character. So after avoiding homosixual contact with arnand imagine my dismay when the evie quest couldn't be completed :|

'I've already told you we need to get to molag mar'
'WE'RE IN MOLAG MAR YOU -censored-!!!1'

Um. OK.

I don't under stand...i wont download this mod...because i cant be with the girl instead of the dude..

is the part done with yet that i can marry the girl instead of the dude?

Nope. That's why it says so, lots of times. ;)

Curioser and curiouser. It's definitely only something that happens when you save, exit and reload, though. Maybe you have to get to the next point in the quest before you exit?

You mean the lines Emma wrote for her characters? I definitely added them in, but I'm not sure if that's in the version you're playing.

I tend not to advertise my mods here any more (conflict of interest, like - though I did put one up for Oblivion recently, though that had a certain element of humour).

Here's the most recent, for Wolverine House 2.0
http://canadianice.ufrealms.net/forum2/index.php?topic=9096.0

and then this one was actually three months ago. Blimey!

As for the Oblivion mods:

http://canadianice.ufrealms.net/forum2/index.php?topic=9130.0 (IC Waterfront Shack)
http://canadianice.ufrealms.net/forum2/index.php?topic=8982.0 (Cheydinhal House for Sale)

I re-downloaded the most recent version a few days ago. So it should be in there. Thanks for adding them! :foodndrink:

Hmm... I keep encountering a Crash to Desktop during the scene with Arnand first takes me to his house. The trigger seemed to initially be Evie's appearance, but most recently it occurred at the moment Arnand accidentally hurts his leg. Has this been reported before, or is it just my game being wonky?

Two things - the first is that even though I don't have Evie with me anymore, I can't progress with the min quest as Caius won't talk to me unless she is outside - she's on the bleeping other side of the world at the moment! Is there a console command I can use to fix this?

Also, when using the 'Arnand's contracts', about replacing the puzzle cube, I get an immediate popup asking if I want to place the cube in the chest, and when I click it, I get a CTD.

Oh, and one more thing - my communication device isn't working anymore.

Even though my girl is married to Wulfren (And has two baby girls with him) she's been flirting with Arnand lots & lots & so far completely undetected^^

Possible spoiler
Spoiler
The only problem i came across that i haven't seen mentioned was when i went into the lower cavern where you find Arnand he warped to me instead of staying where he was meant to be, i reloaded a save before entering but it happens everytime, if i go through to where the ledge is the dialogue kicks in and all proceeds as it should, the dialogue mentions some sort of magic field, if there is one i can't see it, not sure if it's metaphorical or actually supposed to be there, also first time when he warped to me i spoke to him, got all the talk about the pirate lord who obviously didn't appear, not where i was anyway, might have showed up in the proper place.

Exactly the same thing happened when I went into the lower cavern. :(

Does this mod require Tribunal or Bloodmoon? (It helps if you put which it requires, including non-expansion only, in the first post esp at the top)

It's the guar, right? Chicks dig the guar.

"nice guar"
"You should see my other one."

"Will you be taking the scib-pod, master adventurer?"
"In broad daylight?"
"Ahh, the guar. Much less noticable"
