I have traveled through the memories and studied everything. when i exit the memories and exit the thing i was sitting in dr.amari doesn't do the normal dialog she is supposed todo at this point, thus i cannot complete the mission. i have tried hitting her, reloading the save, and reverting to a save from before the quest. nothing works! I have even tried the console commands as some have suggested me such as doing setstage mq202 320 to complete the dangerous minds quest, and then doing setstage mq204 15 to start the glowing sea quest. but here is where i hit a snag, the the glowing sea quest doesn't show up at all in my pipboy or as the on screen pop up. NEED HELP!
