I'm having a little trouble getting the tribunal quest to start, I originally used the mod http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=838 that stops them from attacking until you are named nerevarine or become master of a great house. Well now I am nerevarine, hortator, and archmagister of house telvanni and it never happened. I removed the mod thinking that should allow it to happen normally but it still doesn't. Any help would be much appreciated.
