This happens if I restart with a new game too. After doing the Arentino's kids quest I go sleep in an inn but the Dark Brotherhood quest never starts. I should wake up in the abandoned shack but I never do. I looked at the uesp wiki and there is nothing there about this.

Is there any way to start this properly or am I going to wind up having to reinstall the entire game again?
