Since the Dark Brotherhood was greatly weakened (almost destroyed in the game) and lost most of its territory, could their rivals, the Morag Tong expand into parts of Tamriel that were once Dark Brotherhood territory, now that Vvardenfell is left uninhabited? Fighting the Morag Tong over territory could be a thing in the next game, since they did survive and appear even on Solstheim.
