My Dark Mage Breton named Thetric just entered the land of Cyrodill and is having some Fun As H*** times. He is a Mage Assassin who uses every skill basically and it all vibes and goes perfectly. No problems what so ever and he will be having a long journey in Cyrodill. He will also be keeping a Journal for everday and time that he has an adventure (because thats how much I love him) and will be the biggest RolePlay and longest journey that I have ever experianced. He just started and I already love him more than anyone else in Tamriel.

Do you all like Dark Mages?

Sure, I think they're cool and are a fun idea! I personally don't like magic usage though, so I stay clear of it, besides Illusion of course.

Not me. Don't really like a character that uses all the skills. Prefer killing for personal reasons rather than for hire. Glad you're enjoying him though! :foodndrink:

I don't really have any issues with morally challenged Mages, in fact, one of my favourite characters embodied all that House Telvanni stand for. That is, not really having any morals. Someone gets in your way? Kill them. Someone has something you want? Take it. Etc.

That said, lately I've taken more to Lawful Good type characters.

Wow that name is very close to my best friends character name. He named his Breton mage Thetri. Anyway that character sounds cool.

And this is what I love about Oblivion. You enjoy playing your dark mage, someone else enjoys playing a classic neutral self centered morally grey mage, I enjoy playing my White Witch. Room for everyone, and that's before we even think about another class.

I have just made my newest character Ogar Gro-Shak a light armoured blunt fighter who is very fast and speedy fighter. i have just made him and done the sewers because i've got school til' friday then a week off to adventure with him :celebration:
