I'm looking to get Dark Messiah Might and Magic, but it's $10 on steam and I know it's cheaper everywhere else. I see it on Amazon for $4, but in hard-copies only. Is there anywhere I can buy the game for under $10 but download it?

You can register the hard copy on Steam. So even if you buy a hard copy you can download it (when you have the hard copy). But other than that, no.
