I think individualized control of bot personalities and skill would enhance the game a lot. Naming bots would be sweet too.

Examples of generic skill bots

NoobBot
NormieBot
VetBot
ProBot
MasterBot

Example of special bots:

StoryBot: A bot that would behave like a character in the cinematics
NopeBot: An engineer bot that stalks those who destroys it's turrents.
HeavyBot: Heavy body type, medic class bot with heavy weapon. Is credit to team
