Hey everyone, i own two copies of fallout 4 on two seperate consoles and i was wondering if it were at all possible to be able to extract the save data from one of my devices and impliment it on my other device. in my case i'm interested in from ps4 to pc. i kn ow for ps3 and xbox360 there were programs like bruteforce and horizon that could do the trick and i was wondering if there was a good way to do it specifically for fallout.
