DataHandler: Unrecognized form?

Hello, everyone.

I bought the TES Anthology a while back and just now got around to installing Morrowind. I installed it, everything went according to plan, everything was swell. Nothing happened at all that wasn't supposed to. However, I tried to install the DLC--I tried Tribunal first, but I have't done Bloodmoon yet--and everything went well. The setup worked fine and all that jazz. I went to Data Files in the Morrowind Launcher and checked the Tribunal file, and then started up my game. It loaded fine, but then I got presented with this: https://imgur.com/kxc1XT8

Warnings.txt only stated:

DataHandler: unrecognized form
Look in the Warnings.txt file for more info.
I originally pressed 'yes' and my game ran smoothly, but I was right outside Balmora and was about to enter a cave that started with the letter U when another error screen popped up. It was about how the game couldn't process the Netch Leather Cuirass mesh or something along those lines, and asked if I wanted to run the executable. I pressed 'yes' again, and the game kept on playing. A Nix-Hound in front of me rendered properly and didn't have any erratic behavior, but when I pressed forth through the cave, a Dark Elf was curiously replaced with a floating rhombus with an exclamation point on it. Furthermore, it moved erratically and didn't respond to my character at all. I figured that this was enough and I closed out of Morrowind.
I'm not sure what this means at all and I was hoping someone could help me. I haven't tampered with any system files--at least, I would hope I haven't when I was setting up Tribunal--and I haven't got any mods installed yet. If needed, I could provide screenshots of my Data Files folder and such. Oddly enough, when I go into Data Files from the launcher and uncheck Tribunal.esm, the game runs fine and doesn't present the problems it had that I described earlier. Can anyone solve this for me? I really just want to play the expansions.

Thanks in advance.

Try reinstalling Bloodmoon, it has to be installed after Tribunal

I haven't installed Bloodmoon at all yet, I've only done Tribunal so far.
