Another bug I found, probably I wasn't not the only one so sorry if I'm repeating someone:

When doing the 'My Kind of Town' mission, at the NCRCF facility, Dawes will speak with the Courier and collect the 100 caps if allowed but become hostile few seconds later if the Courier is vilified by Powder gangers

I know that he attacks me because I'm vilified, but why does he speak with me in the first place and collect the caps? Shouldn't he attack me at first sight? It doesn't make sense imho.
