2277: The NCR and Caesar's Legion had its first ever major conflict beyond the skirmishes of before. Under the command of the Malpais Legate, the Legion pushed the NCR off of Hoover Dam. But as the Legate pushed forward, the NCR had ambushed a remote city, Boulder City. With the leadership of the tactical genius, Chief Hanlon, the NCR had finally gotten the edge they needed to push Caesar's Legion back across the Dam. However, that was some time ago...
2281: With a new player in the betting ring, the state of the Mojave could not be more heated. Across the Colorado, Caesar had built enough strength to take the Dam at a whim. While in the West, the tactical prowess of Chief Hanlon is ignored by an ignorant General. The rest of the NCR is slowly being svcked dry by House. Although many consider House to be nothing more than a powerful gangster or a leader of a small group of tribes, few in the Strip know the ploy Mr. House wants to make.
Using knowledge of the route of a Courier, Benny, the chief of the tribe known as the Chairmen, ambushed the Courier to take the Platinum Chip. With the chip, Benny holds the key to New Vegas. With the Courier dead and no other option for Mr. House, he waits and starts collecting a small group of talented individuals to be his elite group of ambassadors, spies, or anything else House wishes, dubbed "21".

So that's the basic premise. Caesar's Legion and NCR are basically as they are and Mr. House is starting a small special team called 21. Yes Man exists and is a viable faction, however, Benny must be eliminated. All factions can be joined, including minor factions like the Khans or Boomers. Here's the character sheet.
[b]Name:[/b] Your name MUST be something realistic. So "Bloodwhistler" isn't acceptable. Nicknames however, are acceptable but encouraged that you make the nicknames fit your character in some way. [b]Gender:[/b] Male, Female, or N/A if you're a Super Mutant[b]Age:[/b] Unless you have more than one character, your age must be higher than 15 years old and if you're not a ghoul or Super Mutant, it cannot exceed 70 years. [b]Race:[/b] Whether you're a mutant or not, and if you're a human, what race. [b]Eye Color:[/b] [b]Hair Color:[/b] No crazy hair color like bright neon green hair. Even if it's a dye, it has to be realistic in color hue[b]General Appearance:[/b] Please be descriptive. If you don't want to, just post a picture. [b]Weaponry:[/b] Just so long as you don't say "Experimental MIRV" or "Esther", we'll be fine. Also, be realistic to how much a character can carry[b]Armor:[/b] Try to make it fit your faction but that's not required. [b]Gear:[/b] Kits and other things that help your character belong here. [b]Misc Items:[/b] Any item that doesn't fit in the above three categories go here[b]Personality:[/b] A string of adjectives do not make a personality. Try to make a flaw[b]Biography:[/b] No Mary Sues or overly cliche sob stories...please[b]Faction:[/b] Include Rank/Position, and what faction you belong to.
Rules
1. No God Mode. If you get shot in the head, you die. If you get shot in the arm, that arm is either useless or severely crippled until it gets healed.
2. Post at least once every two days. I know that may be hard but if you can't post like that for some reason, please notify the other people of the forums before hand.
3. If you want to control a vanilla character like Benny, House, General Oliver, or something, make sure you're a good RPer first. Otherwise, I'll just give control of them to my GMs
4. My word and the GMs word is law
5. Just because you apply to be GM doesn't mean you will be GM. GM status will be given based on my experience with you in both discussions on the forums and RPing.
6. Bananas are yellow. If you read the rules, you would know that and would post that somewhere in your character sheet.
7. When creating a character, make sure your character's backstory and weaponry follow that of a faction. So a King wouldn't have power armor or Caesar's Legion wouldn't use a laser rifle unless the guy's Frumentarri.
