Pardon if someone else has already asked this, as I may have missed it, but do we know if the God of Worms has his own realm? If the place shown in the trailer isn't Coldharbour, Quagmire, or the Soul Cairn, I would guess for something like that, assuming Mannimarco didn't claim the Soul Cairn for himself.

How do you know they're portrayed as dumb? For all we know the Karstaag-men are the secret genius masterminds of the plot.

I kind of got the impression that King of Worms has no love for vampires even though they are undead.

Grahl were "Frost Trolls" though, weren't they? So in that sense they've been ret-conned. Frost trolls now look like their troll relatives.

No... I don't think they were. Grahl are nothing at all like frost trolls.

edit: Well, I suppose they regenerate health until they've taken fire damage. But so did Karstaag. And he was a frost giant.

Yep, we visit the Soul Cairn in Dawnguard. I know you all know it is confirmed by now.
