Isran does not return to Fort Dawnguard after you finish the questline. He just sticks around in the Vamp Castle, with no option to speak to him.
The Deep Falls cave that you can enter from within the fort has loading issues, sometimes entire parts of the tunnels will be missing, so you can't proceed. Usually leaving and entering again will fix that though, but reloading a save from within the area does not.
EDIT: Two more bugs that I forgot to mention.
Upon learning the Shout Word in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, a Drain Vitality shout is also unlocked. This has been consistent across three saves, and it mimics the words learned in Marked for Death. For example, I learned Leech first in the DB Sanctuary, and the word unlocked in Drain Vitality was also Leech. Second save I had kill and leech unlocked and learned Kill and Leech in Drain Vit. I went and learned the real shout at a later time, so it doesn't break anything. It is just a free shout that is glitched, and almost insta cast.
Second bug, at certain Dragon Tombs Alduin will appear like he should, and the tomb begins glowing and stuff, but after Alduin flies off the dragon does not appear. This has only happened to me after visiting Soul Cairn and learning the Summon Durnehviir shout. And the dragon whose tomb it is actually says lines that Durnehviir says, such as "Speak if you have aught worth listening to", and "You free me from the Ideal Masters". The dragon just doesn't show up. And the glowing tower never vanishes.
