Just some various "interesting" things...like the reaper shard fragments in the Soul Cairn and the gem paragons in the forgotten vale. Dunno if you would call those easter eggs though.

There's apparently a Game of Thrones easter egg in Dawnguard Keep, concerning the dogs.

it's not an official easter egg until confirmed by Bethesda. If you think you see a potential easter egg, just ask Gstaff to confirm it.

Not really, but I loved the souls in the Soul Cairn. One said "Just go into the painting he said, it's simple he said" (or something like that) and it made me think of the oblivion quest where you go inside a painting and there's some magic brush and a bunch of trolls.

Meh, if I see something that makes me think of a reference to something else, I call Easter Egg. I don't require they be signed and clarified in triplicate for authenticity.

The dogs have ''dog armor'' on. I would guess that refers to the ''horse armor'' joke/rant.
