Dawnguard (Possible) Game-Breaking Bug

I've got a huge problem.

So, in Dawnguard, I've gotten to the part where you sneak into the vampire castle with Serana(That vampire chick) to find where her mother is hiding out. And I've gotten to the part where the giant portal thing is in the middle of the room, and around the room were ingredients. The objective was telling me I should be near the portal, so I stood there and nothing happened. Then, I noticed that Serana was nowhere to be found, so I just automatically assumed she had to be near me to trigger the objective.

I waited for a while, and then I noticed the ridiculous amounts of ingredients around, and since I was waiting, I thought I might as well just use them. So I gathered all the ingredients and made some potions.

After I was done, I noticed she STILL was nowhere to be found, so I travelled all the way back, and I found her all the way back at the beginning of the level.

When we came back, she said I needed these two specific ingredients:

purified void salts and finely grounded bonemeal.

She said they could be found around on the tables and shelves nearby.

And then that's when I realized I done goofed. I had used these ingredients earlier, without realizing I'd need them for the quest.

I've tried finding these ingredients in Whiterum where I found regular void salts and bonemeal, but no PURIFIED void salts and no FINELY GROUNDED bonemeal. So, I still can't complete the mission.

So, my question is, where could I find purified void salts and finely grounded bonemeal in skyrim? I would very much appreciate the help.

I've just realized that I may have put this in the wrong section.

Sorry. :\

the bone meal you need is in a big bowl thing on the table that has the skulls, and the purified void salts are in a big bowl on a shelf in the room. since theyre quest items you couldnt of used them.

I figured that those ingredients didn't spawn until she told you to find them... At least for your sake I hope that's the case.

And like Lying Hearts said, they're quest items and shouldn't be useable at the alchemy table.

They are special items, so you shouldn't have been able to use them. They are also all in big bowls.

Thanks for the replies. I've already fixed the problem. They spawned in the bowls like some of you have said, after I went outside and came back.
