I've just started playing the Dawnguard questline on a new character, and I encountered two bugs. The first was that there were two of Tolan at Dimhollow, one was alive and the other dead. The other is that A New Order simply refuses to start after I finish Bloodline. Console commands do nothing, I tried setquest, startquest, going to a previous save, with no effects. Could someone help? I've already asked quite a few people but nobody's had a solution so far.
